Works in the Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand. His PhD was in Birmingham where he researched surveillance schemes for occupational asthma, and their impact on industry and working practice. He audited Shield, and performed a capture/recapture exercise with SWORD.
