Quiet release of new version of Oasys

This new version of Oasys is currently under "Quiet" release. We are using it and everything seems to be going fine. We hope that a larger number of people will use it during this quiet period so that we can fix any bugs that we haven't noticed and make any ease of use improvements that users suggest. The "Loud" release will involve emailing all registered users of this site and wider publicising.

The program can be downloaded from the Oasys Download Page. This page will be updated whenever newer versions are released.
