Anonymous patient clinical / audit demographics opened successfully

When opening the anonymous patient details the Oasys client checks that the details are in the file format it is expecting. If the file has been saved by a newer version of Oasys the details will not be opened so that any information specific to the new version is not lost. Oasys will return the following message when this happens.

These patient details are for a newer version of Oasys than the one you are using. Please upgrade your Oasys software if you wish to open them.

Upgrading to the latest version of Oasys using the link below will solve the problem.
