Error before searching your records

If you can connect to the Oasys Server it should always be possible to search for record's However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys client. If you see this please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or by posting a message on the forum.

 Unexpected error .....

If these errors do occur we will update this page as people contact us and we discover more about what can happen, why it happens and what we can do about it.
