Error after backing up personal details file

We can't think of any situations where this will happen. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where it does. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys client. If this happens please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or by posting a message on the forum.

 Unexpected error .....

If these errors do occur we will update this page as people contact us and we discover more about what can happen, why it happens and what we can do about it.

The personal details file will probably have been backed up on the server but the Oasys Client is unable to process the reply.
