Can't open anonymous patient clinical / audit demographics

The Oasys server always expects to be able to open the anonymous patient clinical / audit demographics for a patient. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error messages can be returned by the Oasys server.

Unexpected Error ...

The Oasys server cannot read the anonymous patient details. Either the server needs updating (a job for the Oasys team), your program needs updating (a job for you) or the message has been corrupted somewhere in the ether (in which case try again and hope for the best). This is not a message that Oasys expects to show outside of testing.
