Can't restore personal details file

If the personal details file is large then it may take some time to download depending on the speed of your internet connection. The Oasys server always expects to be able to send your personal details file to the Oasys client. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys server. Additionally the file is encrypted so if you do not provide the correct passphrase the Oasys client will not be able to decrypt the file and complete the restoring process. This is explained on another page.
