Could not retrieve details for this patient

This happens when you are saving a new record for a patient that already has previous records. Oasys looks at the previous records for the patient and automatically fills in some details for the records, such as the patients predicted PEF, treatments and suchlike.

The Oasys server always expects to be able to do this. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys server.
