Could not save record

If you can connect to the Oasys Server it should be possible to save any record. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error messages can be returned by the Oasys server. If you see any of these please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or by posting a message on the forum.

File caused an unknown error during opening. The error returned was: ...

Invalid XML: serialspirometryrecord node missing.

Invalid XML: demographic node missing.

If these errors do occur we will update this page as people contact us and we discover more about what can happen, why it happens and what we can do about it.
