RADS caused by diesel fumes

are there any class action lawsuits out there for garage workers like me that were exposed to diesel fumes.i now have reactive airway disease which is caused by diesel fumes..please let me know

In the UK there have been successful cases for occupational asthma from workers exposed to diesel fumes in a bus garage. The asthma however occured regularly with exposure rather thatan acuter irritant effect (reactive airways disease)
