The quickest results come from skin prick tests to fungal amylase and wheat flour. If the whear flour is positive it is probable woth testing for grass pollen, as there is some cross-reactivity (if the flour is bigger than the grass flour sensitisation nis more likely. IgE can be measured, you obviosly need blood and the results are delayed
