Her current job involves food preparation (mainly heating prepared meals and frying, some vegetable chopping, very little garlic or onions), washing up (large automatic washer), clearing tables and cleaning surfaces. She wears Marigold gloves.

She left school at the age of 16 and worked for a department store for 1-2 months.
Age 16-26 she worked for a large supermarket in the warehouse packing fruit and vegetables
Age 26-27 she worked for a company counting coupons
Age 27-29 she worked for a another large supermarket on the checkout
Age 29-34 she worked in the canteen in the supermarket
Age 34 onwards she worked as the canteen supervisor
