What do you think about this peak flow record

This lady has a very low peak flow. The record shows clear signs of an occupational effect which might be better on afternoon shifts. The last 4 days look to have been fabricated. This can be seen on the daily graph and on the record cards. The graphs of number preference indicate that the patient is often rounding to the nearest 50.
