John Jackson is an occupational physician with a special interest in toxicology and occupational asthma. He studied maths and physics at Cambridge before medicine in Birmingham. He is comparing the OASYS analysis of serial peak flows with other methods of analysis for both diagnostic and communication purposes. He is also studying the use of serial peak flows over a short period as a method of enhanced health surveillance in persons where there is uncertainty about the diagnosis of occupational asthma.
