Rituximab for resistant EAA (Hypersensitivity pneumonitis)?

Rituximab for resistant EAA (Hypersensitivity pneumonitis)?
There are two interesing things about this paper, which describes a case of a disease which is supposed to have identifyable causes, but where many of us find patients who appear to be cryptogenic. The patient who was deteriorating despite pulsed methyl prednisolone and IV cyclophosphamide responded to Rituximab. Has anybody else got experience of monoclonals in this disease?
