Oasys wins BTS Silver Jubilee Award

Oasys wins BTS Silver Jubilee Award
The Oasys program today won the Award for "Innovation in the secondary respiratory care setting in the lung function laboratory" from the British Thoracic Society.

If you wish to use Oasys in your laboratory then please request a copy of the beta version (which works and is free) using the link at the bottom of the page. We provide a manual and support is available through this website. We have a newer version available, which we can be persuaded to part with at a price, please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page. This new version is incorporated into the Electronic Patient Record in our hospital and this can also be done for other hospitals / organisations.

For more information on Oasys please click on the "Oasys" link near at the top of the page. The "Worker" link at the top of the page provides some resources for your patients and the "Specialists" and "Medics" links have information and resources for your staff.

The presentation of the Award will take place at the winter BTS meeting (5 - 7 December 2007), during the President’s Reception. A poster giving details of Oasys will also be available at the meeting in the Mountbatten Lounge in the QEII Conference Centre. Our application, together with the other Winners and commended applications, will be included in the delegate packs and will be available on the BTS website.

This is a prestigious award which will raise the profile of Oasys in the UK, especially within lung function laboratories. We hope that many of these laboratories will take up Oasys as a result.
