Cannot open the patient details file

The following error messages can be shown when opening the patient details file.

Cannot open patient details file, message returned: Cannot open file "(your patient details filename)". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This means that somebody else is using the patient details file at the same time as you and they have priority. This can happen if you share your patient details file with colleagues over a network.

Please try again, your colleague will probably have finished saving and everything will work fine.

I am sorry that the error message is not very friendly, I haven't been able to persuade the program to return a more friendly one.
