Error after saving record

we can't think of any situations where this will happen. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where it does. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys client. If this happens please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or by posting a message on the forum.

 Unexpected error .....

If these errors do occur we will update this page as people contact us and we discover more about what can happen, why it happens and what we can do about it.

The record will probably have been saved on the server but the Oasys Client is unable to process the reply. If this is the first time you are saving a record this may mean the same record will be saved two times as two different records. If this happens get in touch and we will sort it out.

Hi. Sorry for the late reply and thanks for letting us know. I can't make this happen on my computer so its difficult for me to help. I think there should be some more text after the "unexpected error" part, if you could tell me this that might help. Also does this happen every time or just occasionally? If there is something particular that you can do that always produces the error this would also be helpful to know.
